It holds your charging cable safely. So it does not stick out and become a trip hazard. The cost of a cable channel is set by your local authority. You'll need to pay if you need a cable channel. ### Is your home right next to a pavement? This may affect your installation. Check your local authority's rules first. Some limit how far a charger can extend into public space.
