The promoter of this prize draw is Motability Operations Ltd of 22 Bishopsgate, 6th Floor, London, EC2N 4BQ (“Promoter”).

Eligibility
2.1 The prize draw is open to customers of the Promoter who receive a survey invitation email directly from the Promoter.

2.2 Entrants must be aged 18 or over and resident in the United Kingdom.

2.3 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

2.4 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility.

How to Enter
3.1 To enter, eligible customers must complete the relevant survey in full within 5 days of the date the survey invitation email is sent.

3.2 Entry is automatic upon successful completion of the survey within this timeframe.

3.3 Only one entry per person per survey will be permitted.

3.4 No purchase is necessary.

Entry Period
4.1 Each prize draw opens on the date the relevant survey invitation email is sent.

4.2 The closing date for entry is 5 days after that email is sent.

4.3 Entries received after this period will not be eligible.

The Prize
5.1 The prize(s) available for each survey prize draw will be as described in the relevant survey invitation email.

5.2 Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative will be offered unless stated otherwise.

5.3 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

Winner Selection
6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received within the Entry Period.

6.2 The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.

6.3 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Winner Notification
7.1 Winners will be contacted using the contact details held by the Promoter within 7 days of the draw.

7.2 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

Publicity
8.1 The Promoter may publish the surname and county of winners in accordance with applicable law.

8.2 Winners may object to publication by contacting the Promoter.

General
10.1 Survey responses will not affect eligibility for any products or services.

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control.

10.3 The prize draw is governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
